Personal Trainer
After swimming competitively from a young age, Kylee Wilson discovered her passion for teaching and helping others which led to her becoming a swim instructor and lifeguard for 5 years.
After being a swim instructor as well as a pre-school teacher, Kylee finally discovered her true passion; combining teaching and fitness, personal training. She then completed and graduated from the personal fitness training program at Lake Washington Technical College.
As for Kylee’s personal athletic goals, once Kylee became a personal trainer she decided to train for and compete in something new; triathlons. She has now competed in several triathlon races every summer. She also completed the Seattle Half Marathon in 2006. In September 2008, Kylee completed her first half ironman (Black Diamond). However, Kylee still considers triathlons her main athletic focus and trains for them for a good portion of each year.
Kylee is certified by the American Council on Exercise, as a Blue Shirt Heart Zone Personal Trainer, and has an Outdoor Fitness Certification. Kylee also earned her associates degree from Bellevue Community College. But, Kylee’s greatest feeling of accomplishment comes from developing individualized programs for her clients and sharing in their excitement when they achieve and surpass their goals.
