Personal Trainer
Ryan Sherlock was born in Spokane, Washington and graduated from Lewis and Clark High School. Ryan has an extensive background in coaching as the Bellevue Junior Wolverine Football coach from 2003 to 2005. He is also the current Eastside Catholic High School Assistant Football Coach and spends some of his time during football season training the boys over at Eastside.
Ryan’s real passion, however, is personal training. He always aims to make his client’s experience a great one. Ryan also has a strong background in strength and conditioning education and can apply his experience in this field with his clients who strive to improve their overall strength.
Ryan is an extremely active individual who loves athletics and loves helping others attain their goals. He and his wife Galen, live in Seattle, with their 2 little girls, Grace and Emily.
