How often should I ‘renew’ myself? Our belief is that exercise should be a daily endeavor. Although our clients may see us 1-5x per week, we teach our clients the importance of making a ‘daily renewal’ a routine part of their everyday life. This could be exercising with a trainer, walking, biking or yoga. The key is to make time for yourself!! By approaching each day as a new beginning through exercise, all aspects of your life improve - your ability to concentrate, relationships, projects - all improve because you are operating at a higher physical level!
